Where is the meeting point?
Exact details about meeting the driver at the airport are provided in your booking confirmation. In most cases, the driver will wait for you at the arrival terminal after collecting the group’s luggage and clearing customs. He will be holding a card with the lead passenger’s name, which was provided during the booking process.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
